Indonesia has many specialities that have their own unique taste. Indonesian food is ous for its blend of spices which has a traditional flavor. One is Gudeg. Gudeg is divered from Jogjakarta, but Gudeg can already be found in other rgions in Indonesia. Commonly eaten with warm rice served with young jackfruit vegetable coconut milk, chicken, eggs, and tofu simmered until brown. The brown color can be obtained by adding a teak leaf and a little brown sugar. Also presented with additional warm sauce and tempeh fried skin crackers. Indeed, many Indonesia and even foreign tourists.
